Terms of Use

The statements, vaporizers, and parts shown on this website have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These vaporizers and associated parts are not designed to diagnose, cure, prevent, or treat any disease. Before using a vaporizer, please consult with a licensed health care provider. If you use a vaporizer, you do so at your own risk. Inhalation is inadvisable and may potentially be harmful. Any comments from user submitted reviews found on this website are related to the users own personal experiences, and are not endorsed, reviewed, or necessarily shared by Fire And Light. Vaporizing does not necessarily eliminate any and all toxins found in vaporized substances, so much care should be taken prior to use. It is inadvisable to use these products for tobacco which contains nicotine, a chemical known to the state of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. You must be 21 or older and adhere to all local laws to purchase a Vaporizer or components. By using www.fireandlight.com, you acknowledge and agree to this before making any purchase.

Any reshipping services are at the sole discretion of Fire And Light. If a package is returned to us because of an undeliverable address, such as an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not obligated to issue a refund or send replacement goods at our expense. If goods are returned to us back at our facility, a refund will be offered less the postal expense.

If a package is returned to sender because the carrier could not collect an adult signature and proof of ID, Fire And Light reserves the right to deduct a $14 restocking fee from the refund of the order. Furthermore, Fire And Light reserves the right to re-ship a replacement order only after the original package has been returned to us and processed, and we are not obligated to re-send them at our expense.

Below are common reasons as to why a package may be marked Return To Sender:

  • The shipping address provided at checkout was invalid or inaccurate.
  • Forwarding instructions at the provided address are unavailable or expired.
  • Shipping address provided was a PO Box (exclusively serviced by USPS). We can ship to USPS PO Boxes, but not UPS PO Boxes. If UPS is going to be used & we see a PO Box, we require an alternative address before shipment.)
  • A lack of an individual age 21+ to sign for the package.
  • The addressee noted on the package was not known at the shipping address
  • Delivery courier was unable to access the destination (e.g. gated communities, military bases, etc.)
  • Refused by customer at delivery

To prevent returned packages, we recommend verifying the shipping address is correct and deliverable prior to checkout. For customers that would normally be unavailable during delivery hours, we recommend shipping to your business address as any individual 21+ years of age may sign for the package.

If the package was returned due to the carrier being unable to collect an adult signature and proof of ID, Fire And Light reserves the right to deduct a $14 restocking fee from the refund of the order.

Note: Shipping and adult signature fees will be non-refundable.

  • All devices have a 6-month limited warranty, and a proof of purchase is required for every device.
  • The warranty does not cover accidental damage, customer modification/disassembly, water damage, cosmetic damage, or if lost/stolen.
  • Returns must include the name of the buyer, order number, and brief description of the issue.
  • Buyer must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the defective item(s).

Any/all items purchased from Fire And Light must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Item(s) must be in original, brand-new condition. Given the nature of vaporizers we cannot accept returns on used devices for health and safety reasons.
  • Unused item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date. Products are not eligible for return or exchange after 30 days from the original delivery date.
  • Return must include the name of the buyer, order number, and brief description of reason for returning
  • Buyer must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). This includes non-reimbursement of any expedited shipping services selected at the time of purchase.
  • Buyer must understand and agree to a 20-50% processing and restocking fee for items that have been opened or have broken seals. Item(s) must be returned in full or will otherwise incur additional processing fees. This includes parts and/or accessories.

Fire And Light reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of a return or exchange. If you have any further questions, please contact us by email at

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return process. We strongly recommend you ensure your package(s) and/or purchase delivery confirmation, as we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged while in transit. Non-standard shipping services purchased by the buyer in relation to the original purchase, including upgraded and international shipping, are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. You may expect your refund or exchange to process within two (2) weeks of the delivery date to us, assuming the above conditions are met; this includes credit card and exchanges shipped out. This return policy is only available to customers of the United States and/or Canada. For other countries outside of North America, please see our Foreign Country Return Policy.

Products are not eligible for return or exchange after thirty (30) days.

Our foreign return/exchange policy is implemented on a case-by-case basis. Because of the rise of shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes, we do our best to accommodate such requests within our discretion, though always with customer satisfaction in mind.
