How to Initiate a Refund

- Shipping: Once your refund is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. Please note, you’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.
